I've never been one for the straight line. I'm a woman of the scenic route - the kind who dances with traffic cones, gets singed by the occasional lightning strike, and somehow comes out of it all with a story worth telling. Those zigzags have shaped how I move through the world, how I love, how I write.

Beyond the job titles, I'm a doodler, a gardener, a cocktail alchemist, a moon-painter, a tree-hugger, a festival goer, a wild-swimmer, and a collector of moments that make you laugh first and think later.

My life has been a mosaic of roles - accountant, IT professional, senior software manager, psychology graduate. Not exactly a neat CV, but perfect training for a memoir built on detours, mishaps and the strange ways life reroutes us.

I've learned that magic hides in the everyday - in bees that appear like tiny messengers, in wild swims that reset the soul, in coincidences that arrive with perfect timing, and in the chaos that becomes comedy once the dust settles.

Traffic Cones and Lightning Strikes grew out of these moments - the misadventures, the lessons, the "you couldn't make this up" stories that cracked me open and helped me understand who I'm becoming. It's a humorous memoir stitched together from the things that went wrong, the things that went right, and the things that made absolutely no sense until years later.

Right now, I'm building this space as a home for my stories, reflections, and the wonder found off the beaten track. As I prepare to release my book of life lessons, I'm already dreaming of the next, collecting moments that feel like chapters waiting to be written.
